Four Seasons Health Care group has confirmed the departure of chief financial officer Phil Thomas, as well as his replacements.

The company has promoted from within two individuals to cover Thomas’ role.

James Potts will step in as finance director for corporate activities, while Rachel Peacock will take on the role of finance director for operations.


A Four Seasons Health Care spokesperson said: “The group can confirm that Phil Thomas recently left his position as chief financial officer of Four Seasons Health Care Group.

“As a result, two internal promotions have been made from within the existing finance team to provide strong financial leadership for the group.

“Rachel Peacock has been appointed finance director for operations and James Potts as finance director for corporate activities.

“Both have worked for the group for some time in their respective areas of expertise and will work alongside Joe O’Connor, interim CEO, to continue to focus on the ongoing operational turnaround of the group, as well as progressing the sales process for the group’s care home portfolio.”
